About the event

In a world dominated by screens, let's come together, forge genuine connections, and celebrate our shared humanity. Let’s explore what it means to belong.

This FREE workshop is part of a series of workshops I'll be offering as a masters of dance movement therapy student at the University of Auckland. All are welcome. The workshop may interest you if you're curious about the therapeutic benefits of movement, artmaking, writing and dialogue and are interested in using these tools to explore self-regulation, group-regulation and belonging.

You’re invited to bring an open heart and a curious mind as we create a space where laughter, movement, creativity, and authentic connections can grow. Don't miss this FREE opportunity to cultivate belonging and experience the joy of being truly present with others.

For more information feel free to contact Jessica on info@brighterlife.nz or RSVP and I'll be in touch with more ifo or to book your spot.
