We will gather for 5 days of yoga, wellness workshops, wineries, creativity, meditation, soul time, free time and rest time. This retreat promises to get you moving, connected, inspired and restored and I can’t wait to share it with you!

The schedule changes daily and offers a variety of experiences.

Everything is optional, and you get to choose which sessions or outings to attend and how you'd like to curate your retreat.

SPACES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED & FILLING FAST!

The retreat price includes 4 nights accommodation, all your meals, a full yoga, movement and workshop schedule, full use of the facilities and grounds and some super special added ‘experiences’ at local attractions (including wineries for those that are interested).  The price does not include airfares to Nelson so book early to get a great price on your flights with Air New Zealand.

INVESTMENT:

Prices range from $1350-$1900 and most rooms are single or couple occupancy.

Meet Jessica:

Jessica’s work is informed by nearly three decades of dedicated practice and study in yoga, therapeutic movement and dance, expressive arts, restorative practices, trauma theory, and neuroscience. She loves sharing the simple yet profound physical, emotional, and mental benefits that these modalities offer.  Jess is passionate about offering meaningful life-affirming (and fun!) retreats in beautiful locations around Aotearoa and overseas. She creates deeply fulfilling, transformative & powerful experiences.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

NEW ZEALAND BASED RETREATS:

Deposits on NZ based retreats are $200NZ and are non-refundable. If you cancel your place on one of our New Zealand based retreats 2 months or more beforehand, you will be refunded in full LESS your deposit. This covers costs incurred due to bookings made on your behalf, administration fees and potential loss of income. Cancellations made within 2 months of the retreat are non refundable UNLESS your spot can be filled by someone else. If your spot is filled you will receive back all payments you have made EXCEPT for your deposit, which in non-refundable.

OVERSEAS RETREATS:

Deposits on international retreats are $500NZ. All deposits on international retreats are non-refundable. Once you commit to attending one of our international retreats this is a binding agreement and refunds will not be offered on any payments made toward the retreat UNLESS your spot is able to be filled. If your spot is able to be filled you will receive back all payments you have made EXCEPT for your deposit, which in non-refundable. This covers costs incurred due to bookings made on your behalf, administration fees and loss of income.
